Krama Celebrations helps families and wedding planners organise a wedding in one private place. This notice explains what we keep, who can see it and when it is deleted.
What we keep
Only what the people planning the wedding enter: the email you sign in with and your name, the wedding’s functions, guests (names, phone numbers, email addresses, cities, meal choices and replies), rooms and travel, tasks, the budget and payments, and any files that are uploaded.
Who can see it
Each wedding is private to the people its hosts invite, and each person sees what their role allows. Helpers and viewers never see money, payments or receipts. We don’t sell data, show ads or share it with anyone else.
Where it is kept
Data and files are stored and processed in Mumbai, India, with our hosting providers Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (the app). Files are private and open only through links that expire within a minute. Sign-in links are sent by email.
Automatic deletion
Every wedding has a date after which it is deleted: 60 days after the last function unless the hosts choose between 7 and 365 days. Hosts and planners are warned 30 days, 7 days and 72 hours before. On that date the wedding becomes read-only for 7 days so everything can still be exported, and then all of its data and files are permanently deleted. We keep a deletion certificate with counts only — no names or details — as proof. A host can also delete a wedding straight away from Settings.
Backups
After deletion, copies may remain in our database backups for up to 7 days before they are gone for good.
If you are a guest
Guests don’t need an account. The link the family sends you lets you reply and, at any time, remove your details — this deletes you from that wedding’s guest list, along with your replies, rooms and travel. You can also ask the family to remove you.
Your choices
Hosts and planners can export everything about their wedding at any time, change how long it is kept, or delete it. Anyone can leave a wedding, and can ask its host to correct or remove their details. For questions about a wedding’s data, contact that wedding’s host.
Cookies
We use only the cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.
